• To use, place roller on flat surface, bring knife edge to the side of the grindstone, and saw back and forth with consistent downwards pressure
• To sharpen other side of blade, simply place knife into the other side of the sharpener
• For best results, sharpen the knife on each side for 10-15 strokes
