Dan, was a computer specialist for a bearing \u0026amp; power transmission company and knew that his business savy would help Susan devote her talents to new and innovative products.  Manufacturing began in their home basement and then garage until bursting at the seams, they found an old coat manufacturing loft where they remained for the next 6 years. During that time the line grew to include Counted Cross Stitch, Applique, Sequin Crafts and even Mop Dolls !! In 1994 they moved to an even larger facility formerly occupied by Gruman to manufacture airplane parts.  The acquistion of the Titan Needlecraft Company in 1995 allowed them to expand into the Christmas felt area. Later, the acquisition of Distlefink Corp. brought Plastic Canvas kits into the product mix.
