HIC’s Burger Press forms perfectly round hamburger patties quickly and easily. Each burger patty is uniform in thickness to cook evenly all the way through and sized perfectly to fit inside a hamburger bun. A helpful addition to cooking tools, it gets burgers ready for cooking in a pan or on the BBQ grill in a jiff. The hinged design is easy to use. Simply open the Burger Press and lay plastic wrap inside. This will make it easy to remove the pressed patty. Fill the bottom of the Press, fold the lid closed, and press downward with firm pressure.
