FloraCraft is a family-owned and operated business that was founded in 1946 in Ludington, Michigan, by Leo and Verna Runberg. The company initially started as a floral supply business, providing materials for florists in the local area. In the 1950s, FloraCraft began to manufacture foam products for use in the floral industry. This innovation quickly gained popularity, and soon the company expanded its product line to include foam shapes for crafting and decorative purposes. The company's foam products were a hit, and FloraCraft soon became a leading supplier of foam products to the craft and floral industries. Over the years, FloraCraft continued to innovate and expand its product line. The company introduced new foam products, such as foam sheets, blocks, and balls, that were ideal for creating a wide range of craft projects. FloraCraft also developed new product lines, including home decor items, such as vases and candleholders, and party supplies, such as foam wreaths and garlands. Today, FloraCraft is still owned and operated by the Runberg family and has become one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of foam products for the craft and floral industries. The company is known for its high-quality foam products, as well as its commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly manufacturing practices. FloraCraft remains dedicated to providing crafters and florists with the products they need to create beautiful, long-lasting creations.
