They are not chew- or scratch-proof (no fabric is!) but if they get damaged due to normal pet-related activity, LupinePet will replace them. Search on ÔLupine GuaranteeÕ to see how EZ it is! 1/2" wide Cat Safety collars are designed with cats in mind. Available with or without a bell. Strong bar-tack stitching, D-ring (for ID tags only) and a custom designed breakaway buckle with a release point of approx. 4.5 lbs. pressure. To open the collar, simply pull apart at the buckle. Adjustable from 8-to-12-inches. Measure your cat's neck around the mid-point, snug against the fur, then add 5% more for the adjusted collar size. Or, measure the current collar. Made from recycled plastic bottles (rPET), this unique plush weave is soft yet strong. H-style walking harnesses (best for cats) and matching padded handle leashes are also available. Due to the breakaway buckle, this collar cannot be used for leash-walking or tie-out. Care Instructions: Machine or hand-wash, warm water and mild soap (no bleach or bleach alternative). Air dry completely before use.
