The reflective threads bounce light back to an observer so that these products may be seen in low-light or dark conditions when light shines on them. Made with strong bar-tack stitching, welded steel hardware, and ends which are turned under and stitched to protect fur and skin. Collars feature a strong side-release clasp and leashes include a comfortable padded handle. Matching harnesses are available. High Lights are available in 6 bright colors and three widths: 1/2", 3/4" and 1". The1/2"-wide products are suitable for small dogs and puppies under 20 pounds. 1/2"-wide collars are available in three adjustable size ranges: 6-9 inches (very tiny!); 8-12 inches (cat-sized); 10-16 inches (small thick-necked breeds like Pugs). To determine collar size, measure snugly around the middle of the dog?s neck, then add an extra 5-percent for a comfortable fit. Or, measure the current collar. 1/2"-wide leashes are 4-foot or 6-foot lengths with a soft padded handle. Shorter leashes keep the dog closer. Consider the distance from your hand to the dog?s collar when choosing a length. A leash can always be shortened by holding it closer
