This is not an insulated sheet, nor does it have a nonstick finish. Perfectly flat, the sheet features a slight rim on three sides, with one short end left open for sliding off baked goods with ease. Great for baking cookies, pastries, biscuits, pizza, frozen fries, warming pot pies, and more, the sheet will soon become an indispensable part of your baking accessories.
