To activate: locate metal disc and bend between fingers until you feel a click. The gel with heat up and become solid. To reuse: Wrap hand warmer in cloth. Submerge in a pot of water and boil n stove for 10-15 minutes. Reuse after natural cooling. Attention: DO NOT put the hand warmer in the microwave. DO NOT pierce. If gel comes in contact with skin, rinse with warm water. DO NOT allow gel to enter the eyes. If gel enters the eyes, or is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
