Vitos Lifestyle began with the journey of its founder, Sean. Sean's journey towards fitness was not an easy one. He had struggled with being out of shape and lacked the confidence to step into a gym. But his desire to improve his physical health and well-being was stronger than his fears.  Sean began studying kinesiology and nutrition, and started working out at home with basic equipment.
